Step 1: Create your account
Go to app.indexhub.site/login and register with your email. Confirm your email address if prompted.
The app is where all indexing jobs, credit management, and index checks happen. The marketing site (indexhub.site) hosts guides, blog articles, and the free URL checker demo.
Step 2: Add credits
- Open Credits on the dashboard
- Choose a plan on the pricing page — Beginner through Large
- Complete payment — credits are added to your wallet instantly
Credits are consumed per URL submitted or checked. Review pricing before running large campaigns.
Step 3: Submit your first URL
- Go to Indexing → New job
- Paste one live test URL (a blog post or landing page that returns HTTP 200)
- Confirm submit — credits are deducted per URL
If you are new to Google indexing concepts, read What Is Google Index? before your first submission.
Step 4: Track your job
The Jobs dashboard shows status progression: queued → processing → completed.
Failed jobs include error logs — common causes are non-200 responses, login walls, or malformed URLs. Fix the URL and resubmit if needed.
Step 5: Check index status
After 3–7 days, use Check Index in the app or follow How to check if a URL is indexed.
Indexing is not instant. A successful submit signals Google to crawl; index confirmation typically takes several days depending on domain authority and content quality.
