Best practices for bulk submit
- Batch 100–500 URLs on your first run — measure index rate before scaling
- Do not re-submit the same URL repeatedly within 48 hours
- Combine with a clean sitemap strategy and strong internal links
- After 7–14 days, run a batch index check
For programmatic SEO sites publishing hundreds of pages weekly, bulk submit paired with regular monitoring is the core IndexHub workflow.
Background reading before large campaigns

If URLs remain not indexed after two check cycles, consider the URL Indexing Service or review What to do when a URL is not indexed.
