When to run a batch index check
- After a bulk submit campaign
- Monthly audits on programmatic SEO sites
- Client reporting on index rate and coverage
Index checks read Google signals — they do not force indexing. Use results to decide which URLs need resubmission or content fixes.
Steps on the dashboard
- Go to Check Index → New batch (or use the Check Index page)
- Upload a CSV — same format as bulk submit
- Wait for the job to complete — checks are typically faster than submit jobs
- Export the results CSV: URL, status, checked_at
Sign in at app.indexhub.site for full batch features. New users should read Getting Started with IndexHub first.
Read the results
- Indexed — URL appears on Google according to check signals
- Not indexed — follow the not-indexed checklist
- Unknown — rerun the check or verify manually in Google Search Console
Export and filter not-indexed URLs into a separate CSV for targeted resubmission.
Recommended workflow
Submit batch → Wait 7 days → Check batch → Fix not indexed → Re-submit targeted URLs
Track index rate over time: indexed count ÷ total submitted. A healthy programmatic site typically targets 70%+ within 14 days on established domains.
